Randoons Terms and conditions: We accept exchange or store credit only! within 30 days of receipt. All exchanges must be approved by emailing randoons@sbcglobal.net to receive a pre-authorization code. Any item that is sent back damaged, on sale at time of purchase, or personalized is not subject to credit/exchange. Please return item in original packaging, with tags still attached, and item must come from a smoke-free home to ensure credit/exchange. We will gladly except exchanges, but they will be considered new orders and shipping charges will be applied. All shipping charges are at the customers expense and will not be refunded in any case. We ship USPS anywhere in the USA. We ship in-stock items within 72 hours Monday through Friday. If we are out of stock on an item/ or an item is on backorder, you will be contacted through email or by phone with the estimated ship time. We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover. We value your privacy and ensure a secure shopping cart. For use of store credits or gift cards, we will be happy to take a phone order with your store credit or gift card authorization code at 847 784-1890 during regular business hours. We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.
